At Calmi, we want you to feel as comfortable in our pieces as you do in your own skin. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
